This policy is a draft pending Cuirex2’s legal review. Customer name, phone, optional email and delivery address are collected to process cash-on-delivery orders. Newsletter addresses are stored only after an explicit subscription action and may be unsubscribed. Access to order records is restricted to authorized administrators. A complete policy, including retention periods and contact details, must be supplied before launch.
